SANTIAGO M — Curved Glass Freezer Counter & Professional Display The SANTIAGO M is a professional freezer service counter designed for frozen product merchandising in butcher shops, fish markets, and specialty food retail. Equipped with dynamic ventilated cooling and automatic hot-gas defrost with condensate evaporation, it maintains reliable freezing temperatures (-18°C to -10°C) for optimal frozen food preservation. Available in four modular widths (1.4m, 1.7m, 2.1m, 2.5m) with 240-400 dm³ capacity, the unit provides 0.9-1.6 m² exposure area behind a telescopic curved glass front with plexiglass night blinds. The stainless steel display basin features gray granite work surface (20mm thickness), aluminum internal framework (silver/gold finish options), and customizable MILOO Electronics™ LED lighting with selectable color temperatures (3000K-5700K) for product-specific presentation. Standard equipment includes Carel IR33 electronic temperature control with digital display and audible condenser alarm. The powder-coated exterior (customizable color range) and CFC-free polyurethane insulation deliver Class E-F energy efficiency for professional frozen product display.
