How Our Delivery Works
CBS Refrigeration is a UK dealer of IGLOO commercial refrigeration equipment, manufactured in Poland. All products are made to order โ we manage the entire process from order confirmation through to delivery at your premises.
We are your single point of contact throughout, personally coordinating and accompanying every delivery to ensure your unit arrives safely and is placed exactly where you need it. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Lead Times
Because all products are manufactured to order in Poland, lead times include production and international transit time. Estimates may vary depending on the manufacturer's schedule and configuration complexity.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. Exact timescales will be confirmed upon order. We will contact you directly to coordinate a convenient delivery date once your unit is ready and en route.
Delivery & Carrying In
We personally coordinate and accompany every delivery to ensure your unit arrives safely and is placed exactly where you need it. All delivery prices include carrying the unit into your premises โ there are no additional charges for carrying in or positioning.
What's included in every delivery
- Coordination of the full delivery from factory to your premises
- Carrying the unit into your building and positioning it in the specified location
- Removal of all packaging materials
- Basic placement check to ensure the unit is level and stable
Receiving Your Delivery
On the day of delivery, please follow these steps:

Be present at the premises
An authorised person should be available to receive the unit, confirm placement, and sign the delivery documentation.

Inspect the unit upon arrival
Check the unit carefully for any visible damage before our team leaves. Any issues should be noted immediately.

Report any damage within 48 hours
If you notice damage after delivery, contact us within 48 hours with photos and a description.

Retain your delivery documentation
Keep your signed delivery note โ this may be required for any warranty or damage claims.
Returns Policy
All CBS Refrigeration products are manufactured specifically to your order based on the configuration you select. As a result, all orders are subject to the following returns policy.
6.1 All Customers
Once an order is confirmed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled or returned โ regardless of whether you are a consumer or business customer. This applies to all configured units across our entire product range.
If you believe your order was fulfilled incorrectly (wrong model, wrong configuration, or unit not as described), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
6.2 Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You retain the right to:
- Reject goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose
- Request repair or replacement of defective products within the warranty period
- Seek compensation for losses caused by our breach of contract
6.3 Refunds
Where a refund is warranted (for example, a confirmed fault that cannot be resolved), it will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. You will be notified by email once the refund has been issued.
Warranty
All products come with a 2-year warranty covering parts and labour for defects under normal commercial use. CBS Refrigeration takes full responsibility for all repairs and replacement parts โ you deal directly with us throughout the entire warranty period.
- Covers defects in materials and workmanship
- Covers mechanical and electrical component failures
- All repairs and replacement parts handled directly by CBS Refrigeration
- Does not cover damage from improper installation or use
- Does not cover consumable parts after normal wear (filters, door seals)
- Does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repair
